The EPCSA Club House, Lockwood Community Room and Culpin Recreation Center with the Hauter Pool are for the use of residents and guests only.

Most Clubhouse reservations require a financial deposit. Written instructions about entering/exiting and the alarm system commands are provided after the reservation process is completed.
The swimming pool is open through mid-Sept.
Summer Hours:
Monday-Saturday 9am - 9pm
Sunday 9am - 7 pm
After Labor Day:
9 am - 7 pm every day
The Club House offers the following services:
- Racquetball Court
- Meeting/Entertainment Room w/ Kitchen
- Tennis Court
- Outdoor Recreation Area
- Swimming Pool
