Architectural Review Board

The ARB reviews and approves all new construction plans, as well as plans for all exterior remodeling and landscaping projects, to insure that the feeling of the Estancia Primera community is maintained. There are specific guidelines that must be met prior to the beginning of any project. The intent is not to stifle creativity, but rather to maintain the overall harmony of homes with those of the neighborhood, and to insure that designs are of a standard appropriate to our community.

Prior to submission of plans to the Estancia Primera ARB, they must be approved by the ARB of the appropriate neighborhood. Most use the same application as the EP ARB, but may have different guidelines and requirements. After approval by the local association’s ARB, a completed application, with appropriate check for deposit, must be submitted to the ARB Recorder.

ARB meetings are scheduled as needed to review plans. There is no regular schedule, but the Board attempts to meeting within one to two weeks of submission of plans, or as necessary to conduct business.
