Welcome to Estancia Primera

On behalf of the Board of Directors, we welcome you to Estancia Primera. This residential community offers you and your family a safe and friendly place to reside as a permanent or part-time resident. We hope you will become active and participate in community activities.

The following are some items of interest to new residents:

Rec Center Gate Key Card
Contact Frank Jackunas at 983-4219 to request a gate key card for your residence.  Lost keys are replaced for a $50 fee.

Dues
Dues are payable on an annual basis. Invoices are sent in January and are due by February 15 in order to maintain your active membership and keep your key current.

Trash Day
Trash is collected on Tuesdays.  City ordinance prohibits placing refuse or recycling containers at the curb before 6 pm the day before collection, and requires that containers be removed from curbside by 8 am the day after collection. EPCSA covenants require that all trash and recycling containers be screened and concealed from public view at all other times.

Architectural & Major Landscape Changes
Be sure to contact the ARB representative for your neighborhood before you make any architectural or major landscape changes. All such changes must be approved by the neighborhood and the EP ARB before any work begins. For details, click here: ARB Requirements

  • Board of Directors
    The Board normally meets the second Friday of each month at 9:00 am at the Recreation Center. Meeting days may change to accommodate the schedules of Board members. The agenda for Board meetings, including the meeting date, will normally be sent to all homeowners with email-addresses two weeks in advance of Board meetings. If you have suggested items for the agenda, please contact your neighborhood EPCSA Board member at least two weeks before the next scheduled Board meeting.
